The mission of the STaRS Program is to connect students who have an interest in technology with work experiences that develop their technology skills.
STaRS students work approximately 8 - 12 hours per week (25 hours maximum per pay period) during the school year and are part-time employees of the hiring department.
STaRS students have on-the-job opportunities to assist and network with IT professionals.
STaRS students continue to increase their technological proficiencies by taking advantange of professional development training offered during the fall and spring semesters.
